As we continue to grow and welcome new clients, we are seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team. About the Role Our Support Workers play a vital role in supporting clients to maintain their independence, wellbeing and quality of life. Duties may include: - Personal care
- Domestic assistance
- Transport to appointments and community activities
- Social support and companionship
- Assistance with daily living activities
Some roles may involve supporting clients with complex or high-needs requirements. Comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: - A caring, reliable and compassionate approach
- A genuine passion for supporting people living with disability and older Australians
- A Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability, Ageing or equivalent)
- Previous experience in disability or aged care (preferred)
- A smartphone compatible with company systems and applications
- A current NDIS Worker Screening Check and/or Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- A current National Police Check (issued within the last six months)
- A current First Aid Certificate
- A valid driver's license
- Access to a reliable, registered and insured vehicle
