About the Role We are currently seeking experienced Support Workers in Melbourne to join a premium, concierge-style Onsite Shared Support Service Model, delivering consistent and high-quality care to clients with complex needs. This is not your standard shift-work role. We are looking for dedicated people who value continuity of care and are available to work longer shifts as part of a 24/7 rostered support environment. Our clients rely on familiar faces, dependable routines, and workers who genuinely show up when it matters most. That is why reliability and commitment are so important in this role. The role is expected to commence from 5 June 2026. Please note that all candidates will be required to complete an onboarding process prior to commencement, including any relevant training where required to support you in the role. Your Role You will provide hands-on support to clients with complex and high-needs care requirements, including: - Personal care
- Manual handling
- Medication assistance
- Domestic support
- Community access and social participation
This role requires confidence, initiative, and the ability to respond calmly and professionally in a dynamic environment. Available shifts: - 8:00am- 2:00pm
- 2:00pm - 8:00pm
- 8:00pm- 8:00am (4 hours active, 8 hours passive)
What We’re Looking For We are seeking Support Workers who are experienced, dependable, and passionate about making a real difference. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication and great documentation skills. A proactive approach to care is essential. To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: - A minimum Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability, Aged Care or similar)
- Previous experience supporting clients with complex or high-needs care
- Flexibility to work long shifts, including overnight and weekend work
- Confidence working within a 24/7 rostered care model
- A proactive attitude and willingness to step in where needed
- Genuine compassion and commitment to person-centred care
Essential Requirements - Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Manual Handling Certificate
- Assist with Medication Certificate
- Current National Police Check
- Smartphone compatible with company systems/apps
Depending on the client’s support needs, a valid driver’s licence, insured vehicle, and Working with Children Check may also be required. Why Join CSI?
