Community Support Incorporated (CSI) is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to join our People & Culture team. This is a diverse and rewarding role that supports the full employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on recruitment, on-boarding, training compliance and HR administration. As a not-for-profit organisation providing in-home and community-based support services across South Australia, we are passionate about supporting people to live their life, their way. About the Role Reporting to the General Manager People & Culture, you will work closely with managers and employees across the organisation to coordinate recruitment activities, on-boarding processes, workforce compliance requirements and training administration. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further develop their HR career in a varied and hands-on role. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities across metropolitan, regional and interstate locations.
- Prepare and manage job advertisements, candidate screening and interview coordination.
- Coordinate on-boarding and induction activities for new employees.
- Prepare employment contracts, letters of offer and other employment documentation.
- Monitor and maintain employee compliance records, including clearances, licences and qualifications.
- Coordinate mandatory training requirements and maintain accurate training records.
- Generate compliance and workforce reports for managers and stakeholders.
- Support employee lifecycle administration including probation reviews and employment changes.
- Assist with People & Culture projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: - Experience in a Human Resources, Recruitment, Administration or similar role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to work.
- A commitment to confidentiality, professionalism and continuous improvement.
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (or currently working towards).
- Current National Police Clearance.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Working with Children Check.
