Join CSI – and be part of a team that truly cares About You and The Role We’re seeking a dedicated Scheduling Officer to join our team in a permanent position. In this pivotal role, you’ll deliver exceptional customer service by effectively allocating staff to meet our clients' diverse needs. You’ll communicate directly with Support Workers, clients, and families to keep them informed of roster updates and staffing changes. By building strong relationships with both staff and clients, you’ll help ensure the right people are matched to provide the best possible care. This role includes one weekend shift every fortnight, with applicable penalty rates. Key Experience Required For The Role: A genuine passion for supporting people living with disability or vulnerability Ability to prioritise and manage competing tasks in a busy environment Willingness to participate in on-call, weekend, or public holiday work when required Experience with Salesforce, Skedulo, or Lumary (highly desirable) Understanding of the SCHADS Award Experience in the health or not-for-profit sector (desirable) Previous rostering experience (desirable) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Current National Police Check, Working With Children Check, and NDIS Clearance
